In the unlikely event that the customer is not completely satisfied with a product, unopened items can be returned in their original packaging and condition for store credit within 7 days of the purchase date.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be returned pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. The Heritage Supply Co. is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once the item is received and verified to be in original condition, store credit will be issued for the amount of the returned product. We regret that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective items. The Heritage Supply Co. will always provide replacements or refunds on defective products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line so that we may address the issue in a timely and appropriate manner. Please note, we will not bear responsibility for damages sustained during use of the product.
